Complete your personal details. We will email you a completed affidavit.

Generate your ID copy
Use the Edugrid ID Scanner to generate a clear PDF of your ID document.
Important:
Only ID copies generated using the
Edugrid ID Scanner and showing
“EDUGRID OFFICE USE”
will be accepted.
Step 2 – Open ID Scanner

Scan signed documents
Print the ID PDF and Affidavit, have both signed and stamped by a Commissioner of Oaths, then scan them using the Step 3 scanner.
Step 3 – Scan Signed ID & Affidavit
Submitting documents does not mean acceptance or approval. All documents are reviewed and verified before final confirmation.
